Driver was late- refused to listen- was unable to follow simple directions. Overpriced for the quality of driver used.

The driver was very late. He was incapable of following simple instructions and got confused several times before he found me. He was over 5 hours late in delivering the vehicle. He was also unsure how much money he was supposed to collect. So when I counted out the money he didn't trust me that it was the right amount until he rechecked his shipping documents. He was probably the worst delivery driver I have every encountered. Never apologized for being late. Thought I was trying to cheat him out of money because he didn't know how much he was supposed to collect. It was a very bad experience.

Hey Dan, 1st I’d like to apologize that you weren’t 100% satisfied. Driver was delayed a few hours picking up because his GPS took him to the wrong area which is why he called you for directions, as far as delivery being up to 5hrs late for drop off I do apologize but am happy to know he did communicate this with you and was in touch as promised. We are a family owned business and make sure we hire only very reputable drivers to transport our clients cars. Being that there are 9 different customers cars on the same truck sometimes there are delays but we always communicate this to avoid any issues. Ultimately your car was picked up and delivered at a very fair rate on the day you requested, damage free at the exact cost you were quoted.
