Good price but failed to deliver

Well I tried to ship a car with Get It Done but it didn't work out. They had a great price, to great to be exact, and where very quick to get back to me. Dave told me he just need to get a deposit and the car would be picked up the fallowing week. Well Dave lied- he didn't have a drive booked. When I called him back he said he was on the other line and would get back to me in a few min. Surprise no call back when I called again I got some one else who told me again the car would be pick up next week. Here I am 3 weeks after they said they had a drive and I need to get back to them quickly using an other company to move the vehicle. Lets hope they refund the deposit and I don't have to start a charge back

Kenneth, I am sorry it didnt work out. Communication was there but I take responsibility for the order not being complete. Get it Done does not charge a deposit until a driver is assigned- we did have a carrier assigned unfortunately he had a mechanical issue, which delayed the pick up. Being that your car is a non runner and does not drive- It was a rural route and we had difficulty finding another truck with a winch. Your deposit has been refunded, and again I am sorry it didnt work out. Being family owned and operated we pride ourselves in making each transport a great experience. Transporting close to 800 cars a month with only 1000's of 5 star reviews and 19 negative reviews shows this is a rare occurrence. We have learned from your experience appreciate your feed back.
