Stressful transport

I was disappointed with the customer service with this company. I ended up getting daily calls from the driver because he wanted me in the drop off city 3 days sooner than I could be there.
The company was very unprofessional and failed to communicate with the driver that I requested the car to be dropped on Friday and it was dropped on a Tuesday. The keys to my $45k Chevy Camaro Convertible were left with the front desk of my hotel 3 days early. The entire 3 days the car was being transported was stressful and the driver constantly pressured me to get to COLORADO FROM FL sooner than I had planned which was not possible. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Hi Christine, First I want to apologize that you feel your experience was stressful. I will be honest reading this review is kinda surprising- we spoke numerous of times and I made sure I got this right. The driver was ahead of schedule on delivery which in most cases customers are thrilled to get their car early. Unfortunately in your case it beat you to the destination, with communication we were able to make sure your car was secured, safe and delivered damage free at the exact cost you were quoted. We move 10,000 cars a year and you wont find any complaints of this nature. We guarantee our rates and will always offer a expedited service you have the right as a customer to accept or decline that offer. I assure ANY potential clients this is a rare occasion we only use drivers rated 98% or better with at least 5 years driving experience to eliminate any issues. i have 100's of references from all over the country that have had nothing less then 5 star experience.
