Overall good experience but it was a struggle on both ends to communicate with the driver due to his heavy accent. His truck also leaked hydraulic fluid on the ground in a large quantity at the pick up site in CA. He was reasonably quick to mop it up but could have been better prepared had he been carrying some absorbent material (kitty litter works well). Kat was pleasant on the phone. I would use Get It Done again should I have another vehicle to transport. Very competitive price. The late delivery references the time that elapsed after first contact from the driver in Chicago. Vehicle recipent had to go to a second site to take possession of the vehicle.
