I had a Ford F350 dually that was in NJ and wanted transported back to NH. The first driver dispatched to pickup up the dually got scared and left without the truck. The driver never contacted me or Garcia Trans that he left. The dealership notified me of this. Being 280 miles away I felt helpless. I contacted John Garcia and told him what happen. He said he would take care of the situation. After calls to the dealership and another driver my truck was pickup and delivered to me in the same time frame that it was originally contracted for. John Garcia, I knew went to great lenghts to correct the situation for a successful outcome.
