Wanted to thank Alex Garcia and his team for the fast and excellent service. Car was bought from IAA on Thursday and needed it to be picked up by the following week before storage Fees in North Carolina and transported to Miami. Hurricane Dorian was approaching. I wanted enclosed transport if possible versus open transport. Car was picked up Tuesday and Delivered Wednesday (1 day). Price was very reasonable and Alex denied several truckers request for more money, which is very good. The final fixed price was $50 dollars higher than the pre-estimate, which is understandable and including the circumstance with the hurricane it was a great deal.
Details were given for the truck driver and driver responded fast to calls. Note, truck driver and Garcia Auto Transport are not from the same company. They are brokers that give out the job to drivers. I had a good driver and very nice so it all depends what you get. Hopefully the best. I sent my documents to the truck driver separately to make sure no hiccups or time delays.
Also, some comments stated that Garcia's do not answers calls. They have multiple phone numbers and a receptionists #. Garcia is always on the phone calling the drivers and Dispatch to get your car picked up or delivered. Happened to me also as I got to voicemails, but he was quick to respond. Emails were even faster.
Overall, great company and great prices. Will definitely do business again.
