The missed 3 appointments without calling. The dropped off the car at night instead of the daytime so I couldn’t inspect it on the trailer, yet they wouldn’t unload it with out payment. While I understand this policy, they should have met the daylight appointment from 8am to 10am... they dropped off at 7pm. They threatened to take my car to storage even though they were 5 days late and never called and made me miss my daughters first volleyball game. Then Sebastian from dispatch called me a ln f...ing as$hole... when I was explaining why I wanted the car off the trailer to inspect it first. I recommend choosing anyone else even if it costs a bit more. It’s worth the service and communication that this company is missing.
