Contacted then to move a Cadillac cts from R.I. to Wi. After car wasn't picked up, and no answers to E-mails and phone calls, I finally got ahold of Ron Greaves owner. He told me that my car had been taken off the schedule. He told me that his notes showed that I had called the next day to cancel, which I did not. Then he told me that he had to fire his scheduler for substance abuse, and that he had 10 other contracts that showed they were cancelled, and that he thought it was his employee getting back at him. I asked him if I could have my money back to hire another company since he had no trucks going to R.I. They had taken 195.00 out of my checking. My money has never been returned, and all I have gotten from Ron Greaves is excuses. I will be filing in small claims court, to get my 195.00 back plus court cost. Do not use this company.
