For six months I have been trying to get shipping companies to come out and Tow or haul my RV To Tennessee from St Louis. Drivers would show up with inadequate equipment, show up then say they could not do the job, or not show up at all.
In desperation I called Freedom.
Anthony knew exactly what I needed. They gave me a quote which I considered low. Later, after contacting a local St Louis company, they did up the bid by $100. I considered this fair, and booked them.
The company they used stayed in communication with me during the whole process, everything was handled so well it surprised me how smoothly the Job went.
Freedom was right there, too. During the job I called to update them and found they were ready-at-the-waiting in case something went wrong.
I ended up tipping the driver $120.
And I was happy to do it.
Too bad Freedom doesn't ship pianos it they would be doing another job for me right now.
