I placed my order Dec 21st. After I placed order, them send me a email stated "Pickup Date: 01/02/18". Until Jan 2nd morning, no one ever contact me about picking up. I have to call them to find out what's going on. Untill 2nd afternoon, Jacob finally called and told me they cannot find a driver that day and they will find one tomorrrow and will call me tomorrow morning. Again no one contact me Jan 3rd either, around local time noon. They told me again they may not find a driver for me either. I will leave Jan 4th and I decide to cancel my order. After I called CS to cancel my order. Jacob called me again with another quote around Sunday with much higher price. WTF? Is this how you do business? Don't recommende doing business with them. Dishoest and unprofessional.
