I would run from this company. Picked up on time then absolutely no communication from this person. Haims motors selected them. I had the salesman and the transportation manager and the sales manager all call with no response for a week. Finally I got a text, truck broke down in El Paso Texas should be here on the 14, the day stated. It took from August 9th until August 23rd to deliver me the car, dirty and damaged. No calls or communication once again. Finally she started to return calls. Usually when you call there is no room on voicemail so you can't leave a message or she didn't return any calls. Finally on August 23rd at 8 in the morning I got a call they were at the address where I was going to have the car delivered. They were supposed to give 24 hours notice as I needed to get a ride of an hour to this location. I told them that the location was an hour away and that I'd later than that as I'd be traveling with commute traffic. I had to call the dealer's transportation manager as the driver spoke practically no English. She told them to deliver the car to my home address.

The driver came to my home. The car was absolutely filthy. I couldn't tell all the hidden damage until I washed the car. Later drove it and was wondering why it was driving funny. The car was checked for operation and condition at the dealership. All was fine. Up on the rack at the Tire and Alignment shop they said the rear trailing arm was broken and the car was unsafe to drive. There was dent in the door and seemingly the car gained 31 miles during transport. They denied everything, the driver was snarly, didn't give me a pick up copy and tried to say that the dents or paint chips were on the original shipping form that he was showing me. I"ll be contacting an attorney for this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IS MY ADVICE.
