BEWARE!!! This company is a SCAM! Terrible experience. Chris (she has also told customers her name is Terry, so who knows what her real name is) took our money then never dispatched a driver to pick up/transport our vehicle. She never intended to follow through on her promise. I dealt with her for over a week and have over 100 text messages from her that illustrate her seemingly never-ending slew of excuses and general doltishness. She finally agreed to refund our deposit and proceeded to mail us an envelope that supposedly contained a cashier's check. Upon receiving and opening the envelope, we discovered that it was empty. It's honestly disgusting what she is doing- it must be exhausting for her to keep us all these lies she is telling people. Do yourself a favor and stay away from GLAT and more specifically, Chris. She will drive you to drink.
