THIS COMPANY IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIALBE. I placed a transport order and gave a deposit of $275 on 11/15/2017 and almost 2 weeks later they have not pick my vehicle up. I have been calling them for about a week and I receive no answer from anyone, no ONE picks up the phone at the company and when I try calling the agent David who took my transport order and deposit, he sends me to voicemail I even Had my wife call from a different number and he picked up the phone and when I told him who was he hung up the phone on me and wouldn't answer the phone again. I'm not sure how in the world they have excellent reviews because this is by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I just want my money back at this point and I will never call this company again!!!
