Shipper promised 5 day delivery - took 14. Driver repeatedly lied about whereabouts and delivery status and seldom returned phone calls or texts. We had to file a report with the local police who contacted the driver regarding delivery date. When our vehicles arrived, they were filthy, had black grease on carpets and paint, and 3 of the 4 were damaged. We had to call the police again to respond because the driver refused to complete a damage report. This shipper was previously Nationwide Auto Shipping out of Anaheim, CA and the main phone number was no longer in service. The owner, Mike Muntean is a dirt bag liar and his driver James Oldja is the same. He stated to the police that he deliberately took 2 days to go 200 miles to get back at us for calling the police. They have no professionalism or respect. This shipper was contracted when our original shipper had to cancel and normally we do a google search for the shippers we use, but because of a time issue, this was overlooked. BIG MISTAKE - TAKE THE TIME TO CHECK SHIPPERS OUT!!
