I paid $3000 dollars for two Mercedes to be delivered to San Francisco CA from NY. They severely damaged my GLA45 AMG and there are dings on my 2018 C43 AMG. The owner's wife emailed me to submit a claim with the carrier's insurance and pay a $1500 deductible, basically absolving themselves of any responsibility. My car has been at a body shop for 4 weeks, they won't pay for my rental car. This is what it's really like to work with Executive Auto Shippers LLC. No word from the CEO, Matt. totally absent...stay away avoid this business.
