Difficult to work with

I needed to get my car transported from the place of purchase to my home. I was told I could get a same-day transport. I wasn't able to get my paperwork in that day before the office closed since we are in different time zones. The next day my paperwork was in and I didn't receive a call back. Next day, again, nothing. Two more days and finally I received a call from Michelle. She said someone would be able to pick my car up very soon. No one did. I kept waiting. Next day, I get a call if I pay more money someone can pick my car up. I agree and the transport company sees my car has a soft top and refuses to transport it. I call Michelle. She tells me I lied about my car having a lift kit. She NEVER once asked me about a lift kit. She told me again I lied. I never lied, I was never even asked this information. I gave them the information they asked for. She told me she was going to cancel the service by yelling at me and hanging up on me. She didn't refund my credit card. Very poor service from this company.

Hi Anthony. I'm sorry to hear about your experience with Michelle. I know I took over your order a few days after this review was posted, and we did find a carrier to have your car shipped, which was completed successfully. It doesn't excuse the behavior of my employee, though. I was unaware of this review until recently, and somehow it slipped under my radar. I would have responded to it sooner. But I'd like everyone reading this to know I had several problems with Michelle after this order, and she has been fired and no longer works for my company.
