After phoning several auto transport companies and speaking to the representatives, I was left feeling uneasy. Some were claiming to have the lowest rates while others were using scare tactics to get my business, claiming that their competitors might not be honest. At one point I was so confused I considered just driving my car to my destination myself and forgetting about using a transporter.

During my research, I spoke with Caleb who was very nice from Excellent Auto Transport, but because of all the beware warnings I was receiving, I was not ready to commit. A few days later and with my move date swiftly approaching, I called Excellent Auto Transport back and spoke with Sonia, who was so sweet and honest I decided this would be the company I would use. It turned out to be a great choice. My car was dispatched within a reasonable time and arrived before my final due date.

I would recommend this company to my best friend. The overall experience was smooth, pleasant and as expected. I give this company 5 stars and two thumbs up.
