Horrible customer service

Bought a 500 lb bathtub and the seller shipped it through Estes. Was told (by company and Estes) no less than 3 times that Estes would contact me to set a delivery date. This was important because they deliver to the driveway so we needed people here to help move it from there. Friday night (6:30) I received a call message saying it would be delivered between 7:39-11:30 Monday morning. Day did not work for us. Spent the entire weekend trying to reach someone through phone and email-no return call. Finally got someone at 7:30 Monday morning and got date changed to Wed. Great! Will call the day before with a “window” time. No call. Called this morning to find out window. Extremely rude woman telling me “you’ll get a window of time.” Nope today’s delivery day-nobody called with window. THEN she’s able to tell me window. Asked that they call 30 minutes before delivery (to get men hear to move the tub after dropped and NOT TO LEAVE WITHOU SIGNATURE ( required by seller. Went outside about 11:00 am- Tub sitting in driveway-no thirty minute call and left without signature. Was in my house the entire time. WILL NEVER BUY FROM A COMPANY WHO USES THIS COMPANY FOR DELIVERY!
