Product sitting at terminal 40 miles from our company. Delivery was schedule for 6/7/18. Did not arrive. Called on 6/8 and Estes said SORRY and rescheduled for deliver on 6/11. Did not arrive. Called on 6/12 and Estes said SORRY and rescheduled for deliver on 6/13. Did not arrive. Called on 6/14 and Estes said SORRY and reschedule for deliver on 6/15. Did not arrive. Called today on 6/15 and Estes said SORRY and reschedule for deliver on 6/18/18. Plan on calling at end of day on 6/18 so Estes can say SORRY again. Estes did say I could drive to their terminal and pick it up. I said SORRY absolutely not.
