When I first booked my service request I spoke to katarina. She seemed pleasant at first but I don't believe she did a good job at explaining things in detail. When I called back to get more information on a couple things, she wanted to raise her voice and I could barely get a word out. She was very rude to me and because of her lack of knowledge and customer service I will not use them again.
