They are SCAM brokers - I was contacted via email by them when I clicked on their email in error because their name is similar to the original transport company I wanted to go with. They charged me $100.00 deposit - then went back and charged an additional $200.00 which I did not authorize. You can't get a customer service person on the phone and you are bounced around forever! Once I got a phone number - the voicemail wasn't set up. Its the same person that answers the phone so beware of Juan/Serge ( I think it is the same person). They tried to scam me out of $300.00
