they can use unscrupulous drivers

EasyAuto ship is just a middleman company that takes their cut of the charge up front and it is not refundable and they claim no liability for your car. They are prone to use any driver to take your car that is going your way. The driver is independent contractor. You think you are hiring EasyAuto ship to transport your car, but you are not. They sell your car job to another transporter. That unkown driver demands cash only. If your car is damaged in transport, too bad! EasyAuto ship told you they are not liable and go collect from the driver...

David, I'm sorry that you had a bad experience but I am completely unable to find any recent order under your name with these locations and price. I found one order that may be yours, but the price was only $1093, not the $1300 that you claimed on your review. If that happens to be your order, this move was 2 whole years ago and the notes indicate that we did, in fact, facilitate a damage claim with the carrier and their insurance, but it was ultimately denied for lack of evidence. With that being said, most of the statements in your review are not accurate. We do not advertise being a carrier company anywhere. We make it very clear that we are an auto transport broker, meaning we use our network of verified and vetted carriers to find a driver with space on their truck who are driving the current route that a customer is shipping on. This is not a hidden tactic or a shady scheme. This is how our business works, just like any other auto transport broker. I apologize if you were under the impression that we were a driver, but a simple skim of our home page would tell you that isn't the case at all. Regarding damage, your claim is also incorrect. We have an entire damage claim department specifically to facilitate damage claims between the customer and the carrier's insurance, which you should know as it looks like you actually dealt with our claims department. I'm sincerely hoping that you have your companies mixed up, because your claims are not accurate and this is not how we do business at all.
