Like my subject review says, we were nervous at first. Our situation may have been a little tougher than most, but we had to organize pick up around our son's medical school schedule, which was difficult. Stephanie found a carrier to pick up his car when it worked for him. It was an easy evening pick up which was awesome. We got the car back in California within several days and drop off was fast. It started out rocky, but Stephanie was able to find the best carrier for his schedule. Easy Peasy, thanks Stephanie.
