Ran my card without my authorization. Never received an email with any info. Never called me back after they said they would pick it up within 3 days. Told them I was calling AMEX Dale/Carlos whoever he is starts sending me rude text messages then calls me up yelling at me. So unprofessional. I would trust them to move my hot wheel. I ship cars several times a year for the past 15 years never dealt with this type of behavior.

we clearly explained to you when your card was going to be charged upon dispatch... We explain the process of how and when we make any charges you agreed and provided credit card information,how else would we have it? They are no surprises here .Stating that we do not have "permission" to charge the card is one of the main reasons why we refused to do business with you, that and the threats that you were going to call your credit card company.We try our best to make customers as happy as possible but we will not tolerate threats...Your order was cancelled and your credit card was refunded immediately we do not make unauthorized charges. We never yelled at you as a matter of fact you were the one that was irate and yelling threats.We are very professional ,and provide great customer service but will not be threatened and bullied, again we do not want and need business from customers like you .
