They were late picking up my car by 2 days. They delivered it with a broken rod in my gear shaft so it would not stay in park. We tried to get them to take care of the problem and they wouldn't return calls from their insurance company. I had to pay my deductible through my own insurance. I talked to the owner of the truck who said he couldn't understand how it happened but he knew there was a problem because the driver told him that my car kept beeping (which it does if you don't put the car in park.) Very dishonest company.
