I was hopeful but was extremely disappointed and now stuck paying more with another company!

I started planning for my cross country move pretty early. I needed the move for June and contacted Christina in April. After receiving a quote from many different companies, I decided to go with Dynamic. After speaking with Christina, I was hopeful that she would get my shipping needs met. I know I was early but she promised to check in with me every 2 weeks until it was time to ship the car. That did not happen! I always called her to follow up. She never reached out to me. The customer service was just HORRIBLE! She promised that I would have a driver confirmed 2 weeks before the move date..that did not happen! I even called her to give her a more flexible time frame (as in they could get the care earlier than what I originally stated). She said that would work out perfect and she would check in with me over the weekend because I wanted the car shipped on a Monday...that did not happen! When I called her on Monday, she told me that she couldn't get in touch with drivers over the weekend and she would definitely have my car picked up by Wednesday. Finally, as a last effort to get my car shipped I called and told her to up the price. At this point I am desperate because I am on a flight leaving Oakland in just a few days. She promised to called me back that day with something and she didn't! I really don't understand what was going through her mind but helping me definitely wasn't important. I finally told her to cancel my order. She didn't even reach out to try and salvage the sale. Now I am pretty much stuck starting over with another company, paying more money. I will need to ship a car next year and would never even consider using them again!
