Julie kept me updated throughout the process of finding a carrier, which took over three weeks because there weren't many going cross country. This was MUCH better than another carrier I tried to work with, which never gave me updates and never found me a carrier. We ultimately had to increase the original quoted rate by 30% in order to contract with a carrier.
