Was quoted $275 total which included insurance, delivery, gas and was told there would be NO additional or hidden fees. I called to confirm time and date agreed apon for them to then tell me it was upped to $325 due to it being non op though that was specified in orig. quote. They then said they would call me back within an hour to confirm. No call. I called them to find out what was going on. They said they would have an answer for me in 5 min...still no call. I have then called 3 others to learn about the dispatch list (that was shared with me) to find out they rate on there was higher than specified, there IS a service charge and that they do this quite often and have managed to avoid bad reviews on BBB since they do not take a deposit so you cannot review them without a transaction! These are young, new, unprofessional kids with no experience under their belts burning the market. I now am forced to pay higher than quoted around for the lack of time I have left to move this car.
They get one star for even providing me with any information about the procedure at all.
