1st everything seemed ok. It was my first time shipping a car, so I did not know what to expect. I spoke to Jack several times he alway "had to go" right during our conversation. He said he would call me back...so I would call back the next day and he would apologize for being so busy. This went on for 3 days. After him finally get all the info from me to pick up from Alabama to California and the specific date the car had to be there. Pick up date was open I just needed it there on a specific date and no earlier than my daughter's flight arrival earlier in the midmorning. The pick up date was changed several times. My husband lost a whole day of work for a driver that never showed. Then the 2nd and finally when it was crunch time in order to get the car there in time he could only find one driver and the PRICE WENT UP $100 WHEN GOING OVER THE SPECIFICS WITH THE DRIVER. I CALLED DYNAMICS AND WAS TOLD HE WAS AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AND IF I WANTED THE CAR THERE ON TIME I WOULD HAVE TO AGREE TO THE DRIVERS FEE! THEN HE SHOWED UP IN CA A DAY EARLY AND WANTED PAYMENT WITHOUT AN INSPECTION OR PERSON TO TAKE OWNERSHIP SAID HE WAS GOING TO LEAVE MY CAR ON THE STREET WITH THE KEY HIDEN. I told him NO your not. Called Dynamics and again was told by Jack Ryan I was on my own with the driver. I had no one in CA I knew and the driver said if I didn't want it delivered then he would continue on his route with my car on the trailer and he would leave it the next time he was near LA. He would not wait and let me see if I could make arrangements to have the car delivered to a secure lot. It was a nightmare NEVER EVER AGAIN! BEEARE OF LOW BIDS BECAUSE YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!
