Stay away from this company!!!
I payed a deposit for shipping my vehicle with this company without doing my homework and reading reviews online. BIG MISTAKE!
I was promised by Chase Hunnington they would come to pick up the vehicle on May 17th, 2016. When I talked to him over the phone he identified as David but when he sent me an email the signature mentioned Chase Hunnington. I tried calling the company over 50 times throughout the day of transport and there was no response. I was helpless and had no one to talk to. Even if my car would have been shipped eventually I would recommend all to stay away since they just don't answer the phone. I managed to find the owner's phone number online. His name is Jamal. When I called him he picked up the phone and assured me someone would get back to me. He also explained that the only employee in the firm is Chase and he is too busy to answer the phone. 5 min after talking to him, I called the company again and Chase answered. He already knew I am the one calling because he has a number identifier which made me suspect that he might have not answered all day because he didn't want to talk to me when he doesn't have a driver. Chase explained they called the truck driver and he promised to call them back so he would call me back within an hour at most. Three hours later, and after a lot of attempts to talk to Chase, he called me back. Again, it was only after I sent a text message to Jamal, the owner. He said the driver won't be able to make it so he is searching for a new driver. He also accused me of calling too much and not allowing him to call me back when he finds it convenient. At the end of the day Chase called and said he is searching for a driver for a day after. I decided that I had enough of Chase and that company. The lack of service, lack of expertise, lack of transperancy and honesty is beyond anything I could of imagined. I was promised I would see my money back and I hope they will manage that. I advise all others to search for another company even if they cost more

This is a classic example of not being able to please everyone. I did everything in my power to make Ran happy. But he still felt the need to leave a review exaggerating and making assumptions for the worse. Nor did he mention he actual spoke directly with the driver who also informed him of the problem he was having. Ran mentioned he tried calling me 50 times. What he didn't mention is that all 50 was in a 5 to 10 min time frame. Not once did he leave a message for me to get back to him. He made the assumption that I was ignoring his calls. Forgetting he is calling the sales dept of a call center and that I would be on the line with other clients that would also need my attention. Ran felt he was the only one calling and the only one that should have my attention. Out of the 5 clients that also were on that route, Ran was the only one that made it a hassle and gave a hard time. He would call every 30 minutes and if he didn't get an answer he would continue to call back to back. Guessing he figured I also shouldn't take a lunch hour as well. I told him he in fact was not giving ma a chance for carriers to contact me or giving me a chance to be the one to contact him with some info once I heard something new. He Also mentioned that he spoke with the owner Jamal and the owner told him I was the only employee. Which is not true the owner actually told him that I would be the one to assist him since he was my booking unfortunately. As he said I contacted him multiple times in the day going back and forth between him and the driver who was also communicating directly with Mr. Ran. seems like he wanted feel like all hands were on deck to assist him during the delay. Once the driver got confirmation that the part he needed wouldn't be delivered that day and that he would be stuck over night in the town he broke down in. The carrier actually informed Ran first since he had been calling to them 50 time in 5 mins as well. And then informed Dream. By the time I called Ran he already knew. And figured jumping ship after all the work we had done to try to keep him happy and informed was a better option. Then the new brokers scheduled my same driver that was already in the area getting back on the road. This also was not mentioned.
