I called Door to Door and was working with the nicest Lady. She always returned my phone calls and told me all I needed to know. She is great to work with. Ex!press Auto Transport had a very nice gentleman come pick up my car. My only complaint was that I did not get a call to let me know they would be late picking my car up. I had to do the calling. Once I met the guy, I felt relieved because he truly was a very nice guy that took care of my car and I felt confident that I would see my car again. lol! He picked up my car and delivered it on time with my car in good condition. I would actually use them again if I needed to move again. I am 100% satisfied. I gave this 4 stars only because of not giving me a call to let me know and to assure me that they would be there to pick up my car in time.
