Did not contact on transportation date set, demanded I come to them at a Costco to drop off car had to get friend to help, lost 2 hours time. Upon delivery, driver demanded $400 cash to drop car, called the company (866) 802-7447 night of no call and night of delivery and never got call back. Luckily had drivers number so called him and he called them. Company called me and I told them they had already billed card and man on line just yelled at me and told me he would impound the car and sell it at the next auction. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES

The customer assumed he was charged in full he was only charged pickup fee. Once we explained to Jay he was not charged in full that it was payment on delivery we rectified the issue the car was delivered on time damage free at the price he was quoted. He was also issued a refund of the pickup fee as a matter of customer service. We have been in business 10 years and would never act in this manner as you can see from thousands of 5 star reviews. We tried to reach out to Jay for further resolution on this matter in which he feels it's more important to voice his opinion online which we fully understand. We thank him for his feedback and business and wish him the best moving forward.
