Wasn't bad, but was lucky the driver was nice!

I chose to use Door to Door Transport because it was the cheapest company with the highest ratings. They were very quick in getting my order, but there was poor communication overall. I called them by phone to place my order and it was done quickly, by that night or the next day. Lola was my coordinator, but she was MIA during most of it. She sent me the paperwork online and when I submitted a question to her (before I officially agreed to the terms), she didn't completely answer the question and said she found a driver already. Since she already found a driver, I figured I would agree to the contract because I had heard the biggest problem was finding a driver to transport the vehicles. (She was very quick about finding a driver and getting my transport done, which was really nice.) I wish she had given my brother and me more information about the driver and confirmation about the times and dates of pick up and drop off. I am also unhappy that I had emailed her 7 days after my car was picked up (the transport was supposed to take 7-10 days) to ask for the driver's information and about the drop-off and that I left her a voice message 10 days after my car was picked up, but she never responded to either. In the end, I was lucky that I asked my brother for the phone number and called the driver myself! The driver ended up being a really nice, honest, and helpful guy. I highly recommend him as a driver!
