The broker, John Miller, made false promises about picking up my car, and in the end he wouldn't 't even pick up the phone. I contacted him last week and he guaranteed the vehicle would be picked up by the following Monday. I've tried repeatedly to contact him with no luck, now I'm searching for another transporter to work with. I would advise against working this company
