I didn't book my transport directly through Dirt Racing Motorsports, but Nikki was very pleasant to work with. My situation was unique and I was not with my vehicle when it was picked up in Arizona, so I had to provide a power of attorney for Nick (the driver) to pick up the vehicle. Nikki was great with providing the contact information for the form and where to submit a copy.
I did not get to meet Nick when he dropped off my vehicle, but my husband said he was nice and professional. I did talk to him on the phone and he found our house quickly and even arrived a day early. We were thrilled!
