Biggest complaint is total lack of communication. I was never told when the car was picked up. I had to call to find out when delivery would occur. I was told that they would call back to let me know when delivery would be and never received the call. Was told I would receive a call the day before delivery, never received it. We gave instructions where the delivery could be done on a wide street for the driver’s convenience, they chose a different location without telling us. The car arrived and wasn’t damaged, so that is the only reason for two stars. Very frustrating experience.
