This was the first time I needed to transport a vehicle because we usually drive. I was very impressed with the quick turn around - response, pick-up and delivery. I had a few questions and called customer service. Jessie was very efficient and answered all of my questions. I paid for the standard rate, but received expedited service. I am very pleased with the service I received. I will definitely recommend to everyone, especially those that are skeptic and slightly paranoid.
