Poor communication

Quote was a great price, but when time for scheduling the pick-up, never received a call from the driver. I was finally able to reach him by phone and he was scheduled to pick-up car on the day we needed. But when time came, and after several conversations, the driver was never given our car for pick-up from Direct Express. Then when dropping the car off, the driver used wrong paperwork & charged us more at time of drop-off. Again, after much debate & reviewing all paperwork, he was reviewing the wrong vehicle. Just from the beginning, poor communication between the different parties.
