I have to start of by saying that I was dreading getting my parents vehicle across the country for them. However, during my first call to inquire about the process, I actually got to speak with a human. THAT was the first positive mark for Direct Express Auto Transport. The scheduling went great. The transporter showed up on time. GREAT communications with the driver! The whole process from beginning to end was seamless. I will use them again!
