I booked this service completely online. I was contacted about 48 hours before the date that I had listed the car as "available for pickup", that a carrier had been assigned. I was pleasantly surprised as I had opted for the lowest price category. The whole process was easy! The car was picked up, transported and delivered while receiving communication about each of the steps. I would absolutely use Direct Express Auto Transport again!
