I paid a $100 premium to ensure that my car would be on the transport 1-2 days after it was available. In actuality, it ended up on the transport 5 days after it was available. I fear that I have been a victim of clever marketing as they say there is a 95% chance that the schedule will be adhered to. Once the car was on the transport, everything went perfectly. The car arrived on schedule (6 days from coast to coast), the driver loaded the car in the best possible spot on the carrier (so I tipped him $100) and the car was in great shape on arrival. The transporter was exceptional but the broker dropped the ball, which averages out to three stars.

We are sorry customer Michael Niday is not totally satisfied. There is no such thing as "ensure" when it comes to auto shipping. We make it clear that we are dealing with probabilities, hence 95%. It was very fortuitous that Mr. Niday added $100 because rates are rising rapidly and there are 73 vehicles systemwide still waiting within 50 miles of the Bronx shipping to the Bay Area. We really steered Mr. Niday right even if a tad delayed. We know he is fortunate even if he does not. Be well Michael.
