We were not satisfied with the transport of our vehicles. Setting up the transport was ok but it all went downhill after. We were told that the vehicles would be picked up on one date but they were not picked up until two days after the promised date. We had to leave our vehicles with a neighbor because the driver had to get service on his vehicle. Not good business. I was told the vehicles would not arrive until the 5th of the month. I get a call from the driver saying they would be in town on the 3rd. So I had to rush to get to the vehicles. I was told one price for delivery and the driver told me $25 more! Once I got my vehicles one of the mirrors was broken but I was told it was already like that. It was not broken when I left it with the neighbor and I’m 99.9 % sure it didn’t get broken by the neighbor. Mind you my all dings and dents were noted on the form at intake BUT not a broken mirror. The driver from ELITE Auto told me that I had to sign the release form and that he transports Mercedes cars so there was no way he broke the mirror. I am NOT a satisfied customer and would not ever recommend nor will I ever use Elite Auto Transport.
