Terrible service

I paid for expedited service and was assured the car would be picked up within 2 days. After the 4th day, I contacted them and was told that my location was too far out of the way. I was told to drive the car 1 hour away to get it to a bigger city where it was more likely to be picked up - despite the fact that they advertised "door to door" shipping and 2-day pickup anywhere. I cancelled my order and drove the car to the destination myself. When I cancelled my order, I was told my deposit would be refunded. It took 4 phone calls and 1 month to actually get the money back. I would never use this company again.

We are sorry that customer Angelica Williams is dissatisfied. In the winter time, all shipments from the Midwest (Cincinnati) to Hillfield, Utah (Ogdan area) can be severely delayed by bad weather. The last four weeks have seen some brutal winter storms and that has delayed everybody. Most people understand that and hang in there. We wish Ms. Williams lots of luck in Utah.
