the website states that normally the car would take around a week to get to its destination, so i waited patiently, waited around a week and my car was not assigned to a truck driver so i thought to myself maybe its the time of the year, since its winter, i gave them the benefit of the doubt, 2 more weeks go by still no updates on anything, so i make the phone call and they end up telling they're sorry and that theres nothing they can do, i tell them I'm a military aviator and i need my car urgently to get to work, and buy groceries just like any other person, but all they tell me is, there's nothing we can do about it. So i decided to wait another week and they tell me its the location I'm in and thats why its taking so long, and i think to myself i live in a air force base, i dont care if you live in the moon if the website advertises a week shipping it shouldnt take a month no matter where you are. I then decided to switch my location to atlanta and even though i switched my location to atlanta it still took 2 more weeks after the change of location and an extra 100 dollars of my money added to my original payment to get my car. all in all horrible experience and would never use the company again and wouldnt recommend anyone else to do the same, specially if you're in the military and live in a military base, they wont be able to find you a truck driver to go to your location or near your location. on top of all of this my nice car was treated like complete piece of trash, the car came in all dirty and muddy, and the drivers didnt even bother about trying to not get the inside of the car dirty, they went in my car with muddy shoes and now the carpets of my car are full of dirt and mud stains and theres dirt all over the front of my car. took them 1month and a half to get my car to me 0/10

We are sorry customer Franciso Tarazona is dissatisfied with the service. We thank him for his service. The combination of the holidays and frigid weather in the Pacific NW and Midwest this year slowed everybody down. It is disappointing that Mr. Tarazona failed to mention that we had refunded almost all of his deposit to help him. We treat our military customers with lots of respect ... because they deserve it.
