Only responded and started looking after they saw another broker posted the same load

90% on 1-4 day deliveries? Over 96 hours into things and they had nothing to say except they were working on it. Offered to refund money only after they noticed another listing on the board for the same car, then got snotty when I cancelled. At this point they had left the listing stale for two days in a four day window. I was never on hold too long, so at least they knew they didn't know what was happening.

We are sorry customer Jonathan Gutoski was dissatisfied with the service. We explained to Mr. Gutoski that because he hired a competitor for $150 more, no carrier would likely call for his preferred lower rate. We explained that it was pointless to hire two brokers for such a big difference and that the other broker was way too high. Four days after entering his order we refunded Jonathan Gutoski's deposit in full and wished him well.
