They are very disappointing. Booked a month early on 3/25/2017. On 4/7/2017 we called and checked to make sure everything was on schedule and was assured we would get an email before the 4/24/2017 estimated date. We never got email or call, so we called on 4/26/2017 and were told we would be contacted in a few days. On May 3 called and said an additional $150 might entice a driver to take the car. In our opinion they are a scam. They low ball the price, keep a friendly voice on the phone and then go in for the kill!! RIP OFF! WE CANCELLED OUR ORDER. And found an honest company the next day. East Coast transport. The car will be on the transport in 2 days.

Okay we finally found this customer, who oddly posted elsewhere under completely different names that we could not find. He goes by Richard or Gary. Customer Gary Iorio booked way too early from Florida and the prices skyrocketed by the time he was ready to go. Next year Gary, please take our advice and wait until about one week from your first available ship date. Otherwise the exact same thing will happen. It does no good to book 4 weeks early. We are sorry for Mr. Iorio's inconvenience.
