First time I’ve had to ship a car (Boston to Dallas). The dispatcher was great to work with on the scheduling. The driver was very professional and had good communication with pickup/delivery times. The only thing I’d recommend is for the company to explicitly spell out the name of the company for the payment (we had to last minute scramble to redo the money order for correct company name).
