This company is exceptionally good, reliable and fast, I was expecting my vehicle from PA to CA in their advertised 7 to 9days but it got delivered on the 5th, that’s amazing and no scratch, ding or even dirts on it. The only issue was that they put a not PAYMENT ON DELIVERY on drivers note whereas I already prepaid with the Direct Connect Auto Transports. After I show my evidence of payment to driver he left to resolve it within the company. Also the tracking system between the company and driver is bad, they need to improve it. I called on the day of delivery (5th) to ask if the ETA and they told me after a brief hold to still waiting another 4days, but as I dropped the driver called me that he’s in Los Angeles and my car will be at my house in 4hrs. I’m not gonna give 4 stars ??, I’ll still stick to the 5 stars but should address this 2 issues.
I’ll always use and recommend this company.
