Do not use - lack of communication

I was never told me it would be a 3rd party carrier and I was informed of that when they picked my car up to physically drive it to the stop in Miami. It was estimated that my car would arrive 2/25, delivery was midnight on 28th. I was told by the vendor Wednesday would be the day of delivery and I stayed home all day only to find out after reaching out and at 5pm that the delivery was in fact Thursday. An entire day wasted waiting on a failed set expectation. Now direct says it's the 3rd parties fault. So if we have to work with the 3rd party, there's no point in using direct connect, they added an additional $200 for simply finding the actual company. My advice find a direct company with no middle man. Most of all what i'm terribly disappointed in is there lack of communication throughout this process and I had to continuously follow up on the status of my car I would absolutely not recommend Direct Connect
