Had scheduled a pick up and signed up for priority shipping with a sales rep. On a Monday they call to confirm that my car would be picked up that day or the next. It wasn’t. Every day that week, they claimed the car wooukd be picked up the next day but it never was. Then on Friday mark Richards claimed that I never had priority shipping and threatened to hang up on me! Completely dishonest company staffed with incompetent red necks. Avoid at all costs!!!
